IT Business Partner – Aerospace Technologies – Merger & Acquisition

As an IT Business Partner – Aerospace Technologies here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the IT strategy and solutions for our Merger & Acquisitions. You will collaborate with IT from Aero & Corporate and with business leaders to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives with their goals. Your expertise in IT and strong business acumen will enable you to drive digital transformation and deliver innovative solutions to support our M&A initiatives

You will report directly to our IT Sr. Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of our Honeywell Aerospace Technologies business by:

· Partnering with business leaders to understand their technology needs and develop IT strategies to support their goals

· Driving digital transformation initiatives and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet business requirements

· Ensuring IT system security and data integrity to protect sensitive information

· Providing technical expertise and guidance to support business operations and drive continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to drive alignment between IT and business strategies

· Drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency

· Deliver innovative IT solutions that meet business requirements

· Provide guidance and support to business teams on the effective use of technology tools and systems

· Ensure IT system security and data integrity to protect sensitive information

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to support business operations and drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a focus on business partnership and driving digital transformation

• Strong business acumen and ability to align IT initiatives to business goals

• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects and driving business outcomes

• Requires 25-50% travel.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience in the IT or Engineering industry

• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics
