Job description
- Experienced Programme Manager (can manage Business, Tech & Change Teams in a controlled environment)
- Has worked on distressed projects and can turn around delivery
- Adept stakeholder manager, can influence senior stakeholders to drive clear vision, objectives, scope and plans
- Can compile materials and run senior governance forums (autonomously)
- Attention to detail on plans, raids, status and reducing execution risk management
- Can manage all aspects of programme budgets and plans (3 years)
- Comfortable with both agile and waterfall delivery including a hybrid approach
- Collaborator, promotes a speaking up culture, is empathetic and gets the most out Team and stakeholder
- Team player, adept at motivating the team and building positive momentum
- Flexible ie. can adapt to the environment, changes to direction, etc
- Can contribute and help to drive high performance across the team
- Deep experience working in Financial Services
- Preferably experience with new product approval initiatives in Financial Services
