IT Security GRC Specialist – Progress to Senior!

This hybrid role will allow you to lead the IT Department of a well-established Irish business. Liaise with stakeholders, business owners and 3rd parties as you conduct gap analysis, including direct exposure to DORA. Drive compliance measures in this hands-on GRC role where you could be the focal point of our clients IT Department.This organisation is looking to scale and grow rapidly in the near future and requires an optimistic, enthusiastic candidate to drive all things IS while bringing stakeholders and other senior staff members on the journey together.You will:

• Scale your career alongside a long-standing financial organisation that matches your ambition and desire to grow.
• Build relationships with the CIO, stakeholders and other business owners as you advise them on their regulatory response to DORA and other financial regulations.
• Impart your knowledge of regulatory compliance as you drive the IS Department in this hands-on GRC role.

Skills / Experience:

• Experience of DORA compliance.
• 5+ years’ experience in an IT Security GRC role.
• Experience managing alerts and conducting gap analysis.
