IT Support Engineer (Managed Service Provider)Carlisle£30,000 – £40,000 + Progression + Benefits + TrainingAre you an IT Support Engineer, with a proficiency in delivering on complicated and complex issues, looking to join a small but close knit support team in a flourishing MSP who help with Cyber Security, Telecoms, Network Infrastructure and Software?Do you want to accelerate your career with exposure to new and evolving software and technologies in a business who have gone from strength to strength since the 80s?On offer is an exciting opening for a motivated IT Support Engineer in one of Cumbria’s specialist, leading managed service providers. This company strive to deliver high quality support for the local businesses and offer progression plans individual to the employee.In this role you will work from the Carlisle office, starting on the helpdesk to become familiar with the clients and customers, eventually moving up to more complex issues with the occasional travel via the company vans to a range of locations.The ideal IT Support Engineer will have exposure to a wide range of technologies and be local to Carlisle and keen to progress.THE ROLE:

• Working with local clients to support their on prem and cloud networks.
• Travelling when needed using company vans.
• Assist with training of new staff and customers.

THE PERSON:

• IT Support Engineer with a wide breadth of experience.
• Keen to work in a fast paced MSP with progression available.
• Local to Carlisle with clean driving license.
