We currently have a vacancy for an IT User Support and Training Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks:

• User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems;
• Follow-up of incidents related to information systems and organisation of the reporting;
• Follow-up of user requests and bug reports;
• Categorise and prioritise tickets correctly and escalate when needed;
• Participate in policy review meetings: to understand the implications of the information system features on policy implementation (and vice-versa) and advise users on how best to approach their use cases;
• Deliver training sessions to users or internal stakeholder;
• Analyse system usage and feedback to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
• Very good proven knowledge of end user assistance and support of information systems;
• Good knowledge of wikis or collaborative spaces and its content administration;
• Excellent knowledge and experience of the office automation and follow-up tools used in the contracting authority (MS-Office, MS-Teams, SharePoint Online, Service Now, JIRA);
• Experience in delivering training sessions to users or stakeholders;
• Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements;
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Excellent command of the English language.
