We are looking for a junior associate to join our Corporate and M&A team in autumn 2025!The Corporate & M&A teamOur Corporate & Finance practice group provides our clients with practical and business-wise solutions in all corporate and M&A matters, including in the fields of capital markets, corporate governance, reorganisations, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, as well as corporate litigation.The clients we serve encompass the whole spectrum of corporate players, ranging from sovereigns and public authorities, to start-ups, multinational corporations, PE and VC sponsors, family offices, senior managers, non-profit entities and foundations, as well as Belgian “blue chip” companies.Our Corporate & Finance practice group is one of the largest in Belgium. By seamlessly combining their expertise and knowledge, our attorneys are able to quickly address our clients’ needs in corporate and M&A, whether these arise in Belgium or abroad. For cross-border transactions, they work on a daily basis with top-tier foreign law firms.We are currently looking for an associate with a strong interest in corporate law and M&A work to start in September or October 2025.What we offerAs an associate in our team, you will be involved in a broad range of matters for a varied client base, with a particular focus on M&A and PE/VC transactions. Your tasks will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating deal documentation, engaging with our clients and their counterparts, and managing matters from inception to closing.As a member of the team, you can expect:

What we expectOur new colleague:

  • Is a native (or, if not native, a perfect) French speaker, with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of Dutch.
  • Will have a Belgian law degree cum laude or magna cum laude – additional education abroad and/or advanced master’s in Corporate/Business Law is a plus.
  • Has obtained excellent academic results.
  • Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Has a hands-on mentality, is proactive and ready to take initiative.
  • Is client-oriented and has a practical and commercial mindset.
  • Is a team player while working independently.
