Are you a Junior Business Analyst ready to take the next step in your career? You’ll work with Junior Business Analyst, automation tools, and analytics platforms to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.If you’re a motivated and analytical professional eager to gain hands-on experience in CRM systems and business analysis, this role is for you!You will:
- Manage and optimize reports and automation systems using Power BI.
- Extract, analyse, and interpret data from Aptify to support strategic decisions.
- Identify trends in member behavior and provide actionable insights.
- Assist team members with reporting and data-related queries.
- Maintain and enhance automation processes to drive efficiency.
Skills/Experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA.
- Experience working with CRM databases (Aptify preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
