Position descriptionJob titleJunior Consultant â Deals ValuationsFunctionAdvisory â Junior AdvisorRoles & ResponsibilitiesJoin our vibrant Deals & Strategy team, where youâll provide cutting-edge valuation advice across various industries.Youâll be diving into the valuation of businesses, shares, and intangible assets (think brands and customer relationships) for a multitude of purposes like M&A, accounting, tax, internal reorganizations, and disputes. Plus, youâll help clients with Purchase Price Allocations (IFRS 3) and impairment tests (BE GAAP and IAS 36).Collaboration is key!
Youâll work closely with our team, as well as the Finance or M&A teams of our clients, and partner with experts in tax, legal, and strategy.Whatâs in it for you? A chance to engage with a diverse range of clients-from local start-ups and family businesses to international giants.

A first working experience or traineeship in a relevant domain such as Valuations or M&A is considered as a plus.While academic qualifications are important, there are several other main competences we highly value, including:
