Job DescriptionJunior Legal SecretaryFantastic opportunity for a motivated Junior Legal Secretary to join an award winning legal firm based in Clacton on Sea. You will be working closely with the Director and Team Leader of the Wills & Estates Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in the legal sector.The Role

• As a junior Legal Secretary you will be responsible for preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and forms
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining appointments
• Liaising with clients, answering calls, and addressing queries professionally
• Assisting with file management, including document files
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow

The Candidate

• As a Junior Legal Secretary you will be highly organised, detail- oriented and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and IT Skills , including Microsoft office
• While prior Legal or Administrative role is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided
