This will include growing audiences who sign up for newsletters, register on our website and apps and subscribe to our paid products.You’ll love this role if you like working with cross-functional teams, data-led test & learn approach, leveraging MarTech to deliver campaigns and working in high-paced growth environments.In this role, you will:
- Work with your Manager to implement gating journeys across IM portfolio of brands websites and apps, that drives newsletter sign-ups, registered users and new subscribers.
- Build and maintain gating journeys using platforms like Piano and Airship & keep them up to date with latest offer messaging in line with the Acquisition campaign calendar.
- Maintain the marketing landing pages using our CMS and update as required.
- Coordinate with the Product & Technology teams and Platform technology partners to execute new features available throughout the customer journey which will improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Brand teams to translate brand values and proposition into concise creative & campaign briefs and ensure those are effectively implemented.
- Work with internal Creative Studio and UX Design teams to implement best-in-class creative. experiences on-site and in-app that improves conversion rates in collaboration with the Acquisition team.
- Recommend and implement A/B tests to optimise conversion rates and identify areas for improvement on an ongoing basis.
- Measure and report on the impact of campaigns & test initiatives and effectively communicate these with the right stakeholders.
- Accurately report on OKR tracking through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that are shared with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Observe and share industry and competition best practices for creative messaging and gating strategies.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience of working in a digital marketing function, executing marketing campaigns with strong communication skills.
- Experience of working with Piano and Airship, or similar web/app engagement platforms.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset, be able to optimise customer journeys based on data trends.
- A proactive approach and commercial mindset with a focus on department OKRs.
- A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and the application of modern marketing techniques.
- Drive to see projects through to completion and delivering business impact.
