Are you a psychology graduate or early career market researcher with a keen interest in quantitative research?Award winning boutique agency works across the globe with clients who share their desire to get more from their research. The focus here is on brand positioning, advertising, market assessment and brand tracking studies and they now seek to add a Graduate level Research Analyst to their growing team.They seek an enthusiastic graduate or early careers researcher with a relevant degree (psychology, marketing, sociology) and an interest in quantitative research – from designing questionnaires to analysing the results and presenting back to clients.In a boutique company the ethos is very much one of all ‘mucking in’. You will need to share their desire to shake up traditional quant and be part of a small, committed team looking to grow the business. You’ll be a curious and organised self-starter, capable of thinking strategically.You will learn the foundations of market research skills, including

• Questionnaire writing and development
• Programming / scripting and testing online surveys
• Analysis of large data sets including the creation of data tables and the coding / analysis of open end verbatim responses
• Report writing and presentation
