A leading BIM Agency is looking for a technically driven Junior Revit BIM Coordinator to join their Central London team.Job # 11890Job title: Junior Revit BIM Coordinator – ConsultancySalary Guide: £29,000 – £38,000Quick summary:A leading Architecture BIM and software agency are seeking a geeky software technically driven BIM coordinator to work in their central London studio (remote from the start). They work at the highest level of Revit, dynamo, and all computational software’s. Prepared to be challenged.Job description:You will be managing and overseeing BIM schemes from across London at the highest level. Some are top secret and range from government work, landmark work projects from commercial, civic and bonkers schemes.

• Ability to set up Revit projects to adhere to company standards
• Ability to create Revit families and parametric Revit families for various sub-contractor packages, i.e. Joinery, AV equipment, Ceilings etc. (ability to model MEP services is a bonus)
• Experience in managing multiple modelling packages for sub-contractors – time management
• Ability to check Revit families against sub-contractor drawings for errors and produce feedback reports
• Experience in building/ and or working with a federated model – using Navisworks
• Experience in reading and understanding the requirements set out in a project BIM Execution Plan – (creating a BIM Execution Plan is a bonus!)
• Experience is delivering COBie, Asset data and Uniclass2015 Classification requirements on a BIM project
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to work of part of a wider team
• Good communication skills – especially in front of Clients
• Willingness to grow into bigger roles of responsibility over time
