KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – FMCGAn excellent position has arisen for a Key Account Manager with one of Irelands leading FMCG businesses. This role offers and excellent salary and generous bonus, health Insurance, 22 days annual leave and pension. Hybrid working model of 2 days per week work from home.The role offers fast track progression, mentoring and training and the opportunity to work in a vibrant culture.Role purpose:Reporting to the Head of Sales, as a Key Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing relationships with key multiple retailers and supporting the delivery of the commercial plans. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and account management and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be the driving force behind strategic partnerships, innovation and long-terms customer success.Duties and Responsibilities:Own the relationships with Key AccountsDrive the promotional planning cycles internally for your assigned AccountsWorking closely with the NPD team to develop the correct range and formats to deliver growth for your respective customers.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, working closely with the demand planning and production teams.Develop and support the negotiation of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key retail and convenience customers.Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive profitable growth and represent retailers internal stakeholders.Key Skills and Experience:2-3 years Sales and Customer Management experienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldA genuine passion for people, problem solving and driving resultsClear communicator with strong persuasive and presentation capabilitiesSharp commercial instinctsResilience, curiosity and a growth mindsetAn entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take ownership of challengesFull clean driving license.Why You Will Love This Role:Fast Track ProgressionMentorship and trainingImpactful workVibrant CultureAt Quorum Search Partners we respect your privacy.
