Job Description

We are looking for a young, motivated commercial profile to join our team in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector, supporting Agri, Minerals and Trade services across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who wants hands-on exposure, strong market learning, and a clear path toward business development and sales leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies

Market & Technical Exposure:

  • Basic understanding of the Agri, Minerals and Trade markets in the UAE.
  • Exposure to the TIC industry or related inspection / testing services is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand trade flows, customer needs, and service execution.

Personal & Soft Skills

  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and business development.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple follow-ups and priorities.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

  • Client Relationship Management – Support and grow customer relationships across assigned sectors.
  • Business Development & Sales Pipeline – Identify opportunities, follow up on leads, manage quotations, and maintain a structured pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence – Monitor market activity, competitors, and customer developments.
  • Operational Coordination – Liaise between clients, operations, and labs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Commercial Support – Assist with pricing, contracts, POs, and revenue tracking.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Prepare regular updates on pipeline, activity, and performance.
  • Field-based role requiring mobility across multiple client offices / emirates, warehouse and cargo facilities.

Qualifications

  • Early-career professionals looking to build a career in the TIC industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, Geology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Candidates based in the UAE with interest in Agri, Minerals and Trade markets.
  • Ambitious, curious, and commercially driven individuals.
