Presently, they cater to over 77,000 drivers, facilitating access to over 4,000 charging points across both Ireland and Northern Ireland. With a monthly addition of 2,000 new users, their network continues to expand. Their versatile EV charging solutions cater to diverse environments, including Destination, Fleet, Forecourt, Hospitality, Public Sector, Retail, Shared Living, and Workplace settings.A recent announcement unveiled a substantial €30 million investment from Aviva Investors, the global asset management arm of Aviva plc. This injection of funds is set to directly pave the way for the creation of up to 60 job opportunities spanning operations, customer support, and sales.Our client’s focus now shifts towards assembling an exceptional team characterised by ability, ambition, curiosity, and dedication. This team will play a pivotal role in scaling up their network of charging locations, driving forward the future of EV charging across the Island of Ireland.Due to rapid growth, our client are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join their dynamic EV team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing key accounts for our client within specific market sectors that can include Destination, Fleet, Forecourt, Hospitality, Public Sector, Retail, Shared Living and Workplace.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in departments across the whole business, you will ensure key account clients receive best in class support, so that the company becomes a valuable, cherished and much needed long-term partner. This level of service excellence will enable business with the key account to grow across the entirety of the organisation.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue from key accounts through the identification of opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products/services to key accounts.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions, taking responsibility to investigate, identify, and develop potential future commercial opportunities, while managing all aspects of the key accounts business to ensure financial, quality and service targets are achieved.
  • Deliver and exceed defined targets and KPI’s. In doing so you will manage contractual progress and provide regular reports on business delivery and account development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or post-graduate qualification would be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a key account manager with experience of handling prestigious accounts in a B2B commercial environment. Crucially, you have account handling knowledge, preferably within the electric vehicle, mobility or fuel service industries.
  • Knowledge and experience of some key players in EasyGo’s target sectors – Destination, Fleet, Forecourt, Hospitality, Public Sector, Retail, Shared Living and Workplace.
  • Effective communication skills across all business areas and hunger to win and be successful.
  • Team player and people person who works effectively with internal departments, delegating and managing responsibilities to deliver in cross-functional settings to support key accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with easy negotiation and persuasion style with potential customers to negotiate and secure service delivery, sales growth and strengthening of key account relations.
  • Self-motivated, driven and professional to act as company ambassador for key accounts using strong IT and presentation skills while also being comfortable reporting through CRM.
  • Holder of a valid Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
