What You Bring to the Table:

• Six months minimum experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Authorization to work in Ireland and successful Garda Vetting.
• Two professional references from the last five years.
• Excellent spoken English.

Your Role:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all meal preparation areas as well as kitchen walls, stoves, sinks, ovens and grills.
• Washing all dishes, ranging from pots and pans to cutting boards, utensils and cooking equipment, are either hand washed or loaded into the dishwasher.
• Assisting the Chef with basic food preparation as per Chef’s instructions.
• Sweeping and mopping all kitchen areas during shifts and at end of shifts.
• Clean and maintain all equipment ensuring that food mixers, cookers and other cooking equipment are in good working order.
• Receiving and unpacking all deliveries, ensuring that deliveries are organised once in the kitchen.
• Emptying, re-lining and washing garbage cans as required, ensuring all waste is disposed of promptly.
• Cleanliness is directly related to a safe cooking environment, the past holder must ensure a safe environment by effectively cleaning all cookware and cooking surfaces,
