Your Impact

You will work with McKinsey consulting teams to deliver significant, measurable, and unique impact to clients on questions related to commercial telecom topics through targeted information, specialized analysis and client ready documents.

In this role you will help enhance and develop the current awareness of developments in the telecom domain, with relevant knowledge and understanding of commercial, strategy and/or network.

You will contribute to knowledge development efforts, including identifying knowledge gaps, designing and innovating on new tools and capabilities and authoring sector-specific reports. You will act as a critical thought partner for consultants and be recognized as a source of authority in your areas of expertise.

Additionally, you’ll prepare and present written and visual materials based on analysis to peers and senior leadership. This includes the performance of statistical analyses and financial calculations (potentially data modelling). You will develop a deep understanding of knowledge assets and be an authority on commercial telecom trends, proprietary third-party research and tools.

You’ll work in the Karachi office and will be a part of our client capability network, focused on the telecom industry.

Our global client capability network, which includes more than 8000 knowledge professionals, work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge. You will work with this group to help develop, codify, sanitize, and manage our global knowledge portal, that form the backbone of our firm’s knowledge management.

Your Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture – doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you’ll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
