QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Collaborate and work with team members
• An understanding of safety requirements/regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
• Possess a valid driver’s license (class “C” minimum)

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment. Ability to work a very flexible schedule. Work performed in the field on job sites where there are weather conditions, noise, and the conditions of residence.
