Lead Finance Transformation Analyst (Project Management + Insurance+ Finance Operations+ Problem Solving skill)

The Lead Finance Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in modernizing and optimizing finance operations across the global enterprise. This role is accountable for designing, leading, and implementing enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and scalability. Serving as a subject matter expert (SME), the position partners with Finance, IT, and executive leadership to drive global adoption of innovative solutions and best practices in finance technology and process optimization.

This position will be in Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad at our India location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on automation, digitization, and global process standardization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Drive implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, advanced analytics) to strengthen financial controls, optimize workflows, and enable scalable operations.
• Serve as the SME for global finance systems and transformation, advising leadership on opportunities for innovation and long-term modernization.
• Influence and align executive and cross-functional stakeholders by communicating strategic priorities, risks, and benefits of transformation initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness of transformation efforts and ensure achievement of business outcomes.
• Integrate external best practices and industry benchmarks into transformation strategies, positioning the organization as a leader in finance innovation.
• Mentor and provide thought leadership to colleagues and project teams, supporting capability-building across global finance.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance systems.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-border transformation programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in finance systems and tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud, OFSAA, Blackline, Power BI, Alteryx).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, communicate complex issues to non-technical audiences, and lead change management at scale.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills.
