Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes monitors and audits inventory and warehouse performance measures.
- Provides in-depth analysis of data to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Trains personnel on operating guidelines, policies and procedures for inventory management and control.
- Generates reports to post and track development and improvement of metrics and area activities.
- Coordinates the pickup and distribution of material and equipment to and from warehouse and various vendors.
- Responsible for addressing all issues and concerns related to all equipment and stock with local management team.
- Responsible to ensure equipment is ready and available for all warehouses based on forecasting
- Point of contact for all communication with customers regarding equipment and warehouse needs.
- Manages all unaccounted equipment and follows up with Project Managers to ensure it is located.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Forklift Operation Certification.
- 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Valid completion of DOT Physical.
- Ability to manage inventory.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
- Ability to lift weight up to 75 lbs.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
