Lead Tech Warehouse

As a Lead Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of multiple warehouse operations including construction, fulfillment and MxU businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Establishes monitors and audits inventory and warehouse performance measures.
• Provides in-depth analysis of data to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Trains personnel on operating guidelines, policies and procedures for inventory management and control.
• Generates reports to post and track development and improvement of metrics and area activities.
• Coordinates the pickup and distribution of material and equipment to and from warehouse and various vendors.
• Responsible for addressing all issues and concerns related to all equipment and stock with local management team.
• Responsible to ensure equipment is ready and available for all warehouses based on forecasting
• Point of contact for all communication with customers regarding equipment and warehouse needs.
• Manages all unaccounted equipment and follows up with Project Managers to ensure it is located.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Operation Certification.
• 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Valid completion of DOT Physical.
• Ability to manage inventory.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
• Ability to lift weight up to 75 lbs.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
