• The appointed conveyancing assistant will provide direct support to a solicitor within the conveyancing department
• You will support the progression of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion
• Communicating and coordinating with clients, real estate agents, and mortgage lenders
• The firm is seeking an experienced conveyancing assistant with an in depth understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills
• After completing the qualifying period, the successful candidate will receive support from the firm to obtain a CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) qualification
