The RoleOur client is currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join its highly regarded and market leading Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin. Their award winning Tier 1 practice is a recognised leader in its field and you will join a dynamic, experienced and growing team of high performance lawyers. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue chip clients located in Ireland as well as globally. You will work closely with our partners and fee earners in Ireland and overseas offices in advising clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structuredThis is an excellent opportunity to work in an internationally focused, professional organisation which places huge emphasis on continuous personal professional development, mentoring and career development within a collegiate team-based environment.Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of contract documents including NDAs, side letters, amendment agreements.
- Management of conditions precedent to transaction completion.
- Working closely with marketing and technical teams in relation to aircraft transitions (lease redeliveries, new leases, sales).
- Insurance review
- Management of various contract-based projects
The PersonThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years post qualification and ideally have prior experience in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets in a recognised practice or in-house. We are open to hearing from those current practicing in Ireland or those interested in returning to Ireland.Additionally we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

- A high level of commercial and business awareness
- A calm and measured approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high performance team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines
