Are you a qualified solicitor/lawyer and are seeking a dynamic and challenging role in the legal field?We are currently looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join a growing team in the Dublin market. 2 days in office and 3 home based.About the Role:Reporting to the General Counsel as a Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in advising our business on a wide range of legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic legal advice and direction to project teams
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborating with senior management and business leaders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified solicitor in private practice or in-house
• Strong understanding of the Insurance, Banking or Financial Services sector and its legal and regulatory framework
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Team-oriented and proactive approach
