Our Client is a Top-Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2. They have a vacancy for a Legal Executive position within their Pro bono department responsible for managing projects, day to day operations and the development of new initiatives. • Develop pro bono projects and activities within the Firm.
• Manage the pro bono files from opening to closure.
• Respond to any queries from Fee earners, preparing any agendas, taking minutes as well as supporting on any events.
• Project support for pro bono initiatives that the firm is involved in.
• Continuous collaboration with different partnerships with Solicitors, Law firms and pro bono networks.
• Develop pro bono communications, presentation and reports.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

• 2-3 year’s working within a Legal Executive position, ideally previous experience working within Pro bono.
• BA degree in a relevant field.
• Keen interest and literacy in IT.
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Good initiative and can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
