Large Irish firm seek an experienced Legal PA to support Solicitors within the Aviation Finance team. As part of a busy secretarial staff of four, you will carry out duties for approximately 20 fee-earners and when needed also assist the wider Banking Department.This firm has a top-class reputation and consistently perform at the highest level.This role will not suit candidates currently undertaking, or planning to undertake FE1 examinations.The role will involve;
- Document preparation – making amendments, redlining, retracting.
- Complex billing, updating WIP and liaising with finance on payments.
- Client onboarding, conflict checks and opening matters.
- Updating and maintaining client database and contact lists.
This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a similar role in a mid-size or large firm. Experience required includes:
- 2+ years as a Legal PA
- Strong working knowledge of all MS Office packages, use of billing systems and of file management software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Desire to work as part of a team.
