Job description
Global firm with offices in over 80 countries seek a Litigation Legal PA for their growing Dublin office. This team has been operating in Dublin 2 since 2020 and have established a busy practice with a collaborative and dynamic team.
- Hybrid working – four days onsite
- Stunning offices in Dublin 2 – close to Stephen’s Green
This role will support and work alongside three Partners and a support team of paralegals and an administrator. Duties will include:
- Case management and updates including WIP Updates, and matter opening and closing.
- Diary management and travel booking for Partners.
- Production of high quality documents including letters, presentations for client pitches and articles.
- Billing processes.
- Expenses and recording of travel.
- Booking and coordination of meetings; both internal and with clients.
- Updating and maintaining client database and contact lists.
Candidates for this role will be required to have:
- Experience working as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA in the Litigation Department of a mid-size or large firm.
- Strong experience using CMS and billing software.
- Experience managing complex billing processes with commercial clients.
- Dictaphone typing skills.
