Come and join one of Dublin’s leading property teams!With business at an all-time high, this team of experts need an experienced Property Legal PA to join their expanding team! Providing full support in this busy practice, you will be working closely with a team of Real Estate Solicitors who are responsible for offering an array of services to clients including assisting with the purchase and sale of property; high volume development matters; commercial property transactions; leasing and providing property related advice.Your duties will include:

• File management including assisting with Conveyancing files
• Diary management
• Preparation and editing of documentation and correspondence (using track changes)
• Extensive client liaison
• Dictaphone typing
• Monthly billing
• Conducting searches and enquiries
• Ad hoc duties as required

This role will suit an experienced Property Legal Secretary (min 3-4 years) with prior experience in a large commercial law firm, who thrives in a busy team.
