Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant (Legal Receptionist) to support our executive team in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing administrative assistance as needed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested by the executive team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
