About the Role
As a Legal Secretary, you’ll support a Family Department that provides expert guidance in matrimonial and family law matters. The team collaborates closely with other departments-including those servicing high-profile clients in corporate, HR, employment, and property law-to deliver comprehensive solutions.With a partner-led structure, the department emphasises quality service, professional growth, and teamwork, ensuring that every team member plays a vital role in delivering client success.Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering full secretarial support, managing client quotes, and maintaining files (opening, closing, and organising).
• Conducting client interviews to gather detailed instructions.
• Providing clients with tailored advice and updates, ensuring clear communication throughout their matter.
• Drafting and preparing relevant documents with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Managing client queries efficiently, both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Supporting the department’s quality standards and compliance procedures.
• Contributing to the team’s growth through business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
