Private Client Legal AssistantMelksham/CorshamSalary up to £27,850The RoleOur client are looking for two full-time Legal Assistants to join their busy Private Client department, with one role being based at our Corsham office and the other at their Melksham office.Daily duties will include:

• Compiling letters/documents, audio typing, completing standard forms and photocopying
• Opening files/database input
• Diary management to include arranging meetings and appointments
• Assisting with clients and receiving/making telephone calls
• Setting up and managing the electronic transfer of funds
• You will also be required to help out with office duties and cover the reception desk during lunchtime and when the receptionist is away.

The DepartmentThe Private Client department is a large one based across various offices.Our support team members have joined the firm having come from a variety of previous roles. They all work cohesively to support one another and you will be paired up with an experienced assistant when you join so that you receive in-depth on-the-job training.Your Experience & QualificationsPrevious experience of working within a legal sector is not essential as full training on the Private Client practice area will be given.You will need to possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills and be able to manage your own workload.
