Responsibilities*
Provide nursing care in a variety of Ambulatory Care settings with primary responsibilities in the Michigan Medicine Ambulatory Care Health Centers at Domino?s Farms.
This position includes care of adult and pediatric patients in medical specialty settings. Responsibilities Include telephone management, reinforcement of patient and family education, assist providers with procedures, prescription renewals, allergy injections, dermatology treatments, and other responsibilities as requested.

Required Qualifications*
? Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
? Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan
? Completion of a pharmacology course in an accredited program

Desired Qualifications*
? One (1) year of experience in the past five (5) years in an ambulatory clinic setting
? One (1) year of experience in the past five (5) years performing or assisting with procedures (suture removal, dressing changes, etc.)
? Float experience
Work Schedule
Hours/Week: 40 hours per week
Shift/Hours/Days: Day/Eve shift; Mon- Fri 8-hour shifts, 630am-7pm, flexibility is required
Location: Domino?s Farms Decentralized Nursing Float Pool to include Podiatry Clinic, Allergy Clinic and Dermatology Day Treatment Center Clinic, and other clinics may be assigned.

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
