• Technical Support: Assist service engineers with technical challenges.
• Emergency Response: Attend emergency callouts and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance and handle minor repairs.
• Asset Verification: Perform checks and audits on lift equipment.
• Installation: Install replacement or additional lift components as needed.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in the on-call rota for urgent service needs.
• Site Surveys: Assess sites to plan maintenance and repair work.
• Training: Support and mentor apprentices, sharing your expertise.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and prioritize client needs.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lift maintenance, repair, and emergency callouts.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of lift systems, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and safety mechanisms.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Health & Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to lift engineering.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
• Customer Service: A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
• Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential for attending callouts.
