Lift Service Engineer and Lift Call Out Engineer1 x Role in Southwest London – Service Engineer 1 x Role in Westminster – Call Out Engineer£45,000 DOEThese roles focus on providing maintenance, repair, and emergency response services for lift equipment while ensuring compliance with British and European standards. The individual is responsible for responding to callouts, handling minor repairs, and managing maintenance tasks as per company guidelines under the supervision of the Contracts Manager. Please note an NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering is required.Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Assist service-only engineers with technical challenges as needed.
• Emergency Response: Attend emergency callouts and perform necessary repairs.
• Asset Verification: Conduct checks and audits to verify the condition and details of lift equipment.
• Installation Work: Install replacement or additional lift equipment as needed.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in the scheduled on-call rota for handling urgent callouts.
• Site Surveys: Perform site assessments to gather information for maintenance and repair planning.
• Training & Development: Support apprentice training by sharing knowledge and skills.
• Professional Conduct: Always maintain a professional demeanor, keeping client needs as a priority.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise, quick response, and customer service to maintain high standards of lift equipment safety and functionality.
