Your new role includes:

• Driving and maintaining high technical standards across systems and processes to align with organizational goals.
• Ensure communication and co-ordination with key stakeholders in the business.
• Support field engineers and Supervisors with complex technical issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
• Monitor onboarding and ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for engineers, supervisors, and managers. Manage progression plans for all engineers towards product excellence.
• Manage and analyse “sick lift” reports to reduce high-frequency call-outs in co-ordination with Service Department.
• Coordinate with HQ to facilitate webinars, face-to-face sessions, and technical updates.

Experience you need:

• Proven experience in a technical or engineering leadership role, ideally in lift or vertical transport systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
• Experience delivering training or mentoring technical staff.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
