Job Profile
Incumbent will be mainly responsible for sourcing and identifying new business of Crop Loans for the bank with focus on CBRL –Regular / Unbanked locations across State.
Tie up with potential Agri processing units / Sugar factories / Corporates for achieving business volumes through Corporate tie ups to fund individual farmers.
Ensure high degree of customer service, resolve customer complaints.
Manage Sales /Brand promotion activities through CBRL branches for the product.
Monitoring of Post Disb Documents & collection activities of current portfolio.
Drive team productivity and Sales Efficiencies
Facilitate interactions with local government authorities for bank’s initiatives & comply regulatory requirements. These authorities may be lead bank of area , Nabard, General Insurance co. etc.
To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic Developments.
Job Requirement
Min experience – 6 + years in NBFC / Banks in related field of Crop Loan finance / Agri SME / Commodity. Graduate –preferably Bsc Agri/MBA – Finance
Manage field investigations (FI) & documentation through team
Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
Sales ability of a very high order
Knowledge and understanding about the compliance policies and procedures.
Ability to function in and add to the performance of a team.
Adherence to all regulatory, statutory and corporate compliance standards and audit requirements in full.
