AdministratorAutomotive LogisticsBishops StortfordUp to £28kOur client is the UKs leading PPF Installer working on the worlds’ most well-known luxury cars.The cars are sent to the facility for specialist treatment and this Logistics Administrator is responsible for booking the transport for the cars, liaising with the dealerships and the transport companies, ensuring client and centre paperwork is ready, correctly processed, accurate and on time.This Logistics Admin role would someone who has worked in a strict administration process in a fast paced small business.It would be good for someone who is a good organiser, works well using their own initiative, has good written and phone skills, is good on a spreadsheet and tech savvy with great attention to detail.This is a new role, so we need someone who is commercially aware, and who can bring good order and process to this role.Ideal Candidates for this Logistics Admin role :

• Will be tech savvy with good MS Excel, Outlook and Word skills
• Accurate and detail conscious
• Will be coming from a similar role administering logistics/finance/shipping/expiditing
• May have worked in an automotive setting before
• Will be able to learn a new process quickly
• Will have a driving licence and own transport
• Will be personable, people conscious and have great customer service skills
