As a Logistics Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our logistics operations by providing insightful data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled analyst to make a significant impact within a leading organization.Your Tasks

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with logistics team to support strategic planning and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex logistics challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous validation and quality checks.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cost 2 serve tool (power BI) ownership.
  • Project support across all Continuous Improvement logistics activities.
  • Customs Co-ordination with Beiersdorf Customs & transport teams to ensure smooth flow of paperwork & goods.
  • Close interaction with Beiersdorf Supply chain controlling & internal Customs team.
  • Any additional customs related tasks/support.
  • Inventory/ Customer query management & support.

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • The successful candidate must have strong Excel and Power-BI experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for Data Analysis & Data manipulation
  • Advance Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • System experience of SAP WM / EWM & Power BI
