Logistics Co-OrdinatorAre you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics and transport coordination? We are looking for a Transport & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily operations, liaise with suppliers, and ensure seamless delivery of products to both business partners (B2B) and direct customers (D2C).About the Role:
In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our company and our third-party logistics (3PL) provider for B2B operations, as well as our transport partner for D2C deliveries. Your focus will be on maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency across all logistics processes.Key Responsibilities:Logistics & Operations Support

• Coordinate inbound stock processes to ensure accurate storage and availability.
• Monitor pick accuracy and oversee stock movements.
• Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries to business partners and customers.
• Handle general logistics queries and manage reverse logistics processes.
• Work within SAP to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.

Cost Control & Budget Monitoring

• Assist in managing logistics budgets and reviewing costs.
• Process and track invoices, ensuring all expenses are recorded accurately.
• Monitor costs against budgets and highlight variances.

Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with 3PL providers, transport companies, and internal teams.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and back-office teams to align logistics with business needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.

Key Attributes and Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced logistics or transport coordination role (B2B & D2C).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholders.
• IT proficiency, particularly in SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
