Our successful client based near Bordon are seeking a Logistics Coordinator. The operations are the backbone of their success, and the logistics team ensures that they can continue to offer a seamless delivery and world-class service, no matter where their customers are located.In order to scale even further, we’re seeking a talented and organised Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for logistics, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working directly with suppliers and internal teams to optimise the supply chain and ensure the smooth transportation of goods across the globe.Key Responsibilities:As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of various logistics functions, ensuring the needs of both the business and customer are met.Shipment Coordination
- Manage the full lifecycle of shipments, both domestic and international, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents
- Track shipments and update internal systems with real-time status, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
Inventory & Order Management
- Work closely with the procurement team to monitor stock levels and manage reordering schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to meet delivery deadlines.
- Implement systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and delivery performance, providing data-driven insights for internal reporting.
- Manage warehousing operations, including stock replenishment, storage optimization, and accurate record-keeping.
Logistics Optimisation & Process Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement within the logistics and supply chain processes, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to streamline packing, labeling, and shipping processes.
Problem Resolution & Risk Management
- Anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and proactively resolve any logistical challenges, such as delayed shipments, lost goods, or customs issues.
- Handle returns, exchanges, or damaged goods processes, working closely with customers and suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.
Data Management & Reporting
- Accurately input data into logistics and inventory management systems, ensuring real-time visibility of shipments and stock levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the key point of contact for logistics matters across multiple departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service.
- Partner with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, freight payments, and cost reconciliation.
- Support the customer service team by providing shipment updates and resolving any logistical queries or issues.

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics management software
- Problem-Solving Skills: A strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide quick, effective solutions, particularly under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: An ability to manage complex data sets and ensure accuracy in all aspects of shipment and inventory management.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration,
