Job description
As a Temporary Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of our clients high-end products. You will manage logistics operations with precision and efficiency, maintaining the highest standards expected in the luxury market.
- Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process from order placement to delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and optimal storage conditions.
- Process shipping documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve any logistical issues promptly and effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in a logistics role, preferably within the luxury food or FMCG sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
