Job Profile: Construction Logistics Manager / Supervisor
Location: North Bristol
Client: National Residential Developer
Pay Rate: £250 per day
Start Date: Immediate start availableWe are seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Manager / Supervisor to join a major long-term residential development in North Bristol. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile project with years of steady work ahead, supporting one of our national clients in delivering a quality residential community.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all logistics operations on-site, including material handling, deliveries, and site traffic management
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure the smooth flow of resources and materials across all phases of construction
• Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe work environment
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain efficient operations
• Monitor and report on logistics progress, troubleshooting issues as they arise to keep the project on track

Requirements:

• CSCS Card (mandatory)
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (mandatory)
• First Aid certification (preferred but not essential)
• Proven experience in construction logistics or site supervision, ideally on residential developments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with site teams, suppliers, and contractors
