This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective transportation solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.The Logistics Manager is dedicated to delivering excellence in customer service managing and optimising transport logistics for the UK, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while promoting this company’s values of safety, sustainability, and collaboration.The Logistics Manager reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Operation will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations.Full Time Responsibilities & Key work tasks:

  • Oversee container shipping operations, including coordination with shipping lines and management of container logistics both Imports and Exports.
  • Execute chartered ship planning activities, including vessel bookings, monitoring shipping schedules, and managing key relationships.
  • Manage the development, performance and maintenance of the organisation’s transport providing efficient and smooth-running transport service, maximising performance, value, and profitability.
  • Management of third-party logistics providers including contracts, provider duties and agreements.
  • Internal stakeholder collaboration and support, aligning logistics operations with overall supply chain strategies.
  • Management of logistics budgets, KPI reporting and managing documentation related to transportation agreements.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations, including insurances.
  • Maintain and improve mechanisms for the operation of the transport, including surveying and measuring the satisfaction with the transport service and disseminate feedback to
