Logistics Project Coordinator – 39815 – £36.87/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)Are you seeking a new challenge in the Solihull area? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative automotive company recruit a Logistics Project Coordinator and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £36.87 per hour (Inside IR35).As a Logistics Project Coordinator, you will join the Logistics Engineering Team, reporting directly to a Project Manager(s) and support them in the delivery of projects or work streams. You will be involved with the full project lifecycle, from concept through to completion and everything in between.In a typical week in this role, you will address the following tasks:

• Support project management leads on achieving their shared deliverables throughout the entire journey of a project
• Support the delivery of On Cycle, Off Cycle & In Cycle initiative with a shared focus on delivering excellence for MP&L customers in productions
• Analysis of data, identifying trends and areas of improvement, in order to predict future outcomes, manage change, mitigate risks & exploit opportunities for greater success
• Delivering on time, on budget & on quality
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge and experience of delivering small to medium scale projects / Improvement initiatives
• Understanding of Manufacturing Planning & Logistics, particularly in the Automotive industry
• Experience in presenting to small audiences
• Proven examples of solving complex problems across Manufacturing &/or Logistics with a keen eye for detail
• Strong background using Microsoft Office applications (SAP reporting would be desirable)
• Experience & ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation, delivering clear messages, with an aligned expected outcome.
