As a Creative Services Tech Engineer, you’ll ensure clients receive top-notch technical support across multiple London locations. Responsibilities include prompt support responses, efficient issue resolution, and proactive customer service.Responsibilities:
Accurately record and resolve support calls, communicate updates to customers, and escalate major incidents. Handle IT hardware and software tasks, maintain licensing records, and contribute to service improvement.Personal Attributes:
Outgoing, organised team player who excels under pressure, takes ownership of challenges, and embraces learning opportunities.Skills and Experience:
You will bring to the role proven experience in a similar environment, along with hands-on skills in various areas, including:
- MDM such as Intune and Jamf equivalent
- Administration of Microsoft Office 365 Suite or Google Workspace
- Microsoft Windows and macOS support and troubleshooting
- In-depth Adobe Creative Cloud support
- Bespoke Creative Studio application support
- UTC Extensis Suitcase and font management
- Audio-visual support
- Telecoms/mobile phone administration
- Microsoft Active Directory management
- AWS and Microsoft Azure
- PowerShell and BASH scripting
- Network support and troubleshooting (servers, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points)
