You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to coach and mentor junior staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with professional standards, risk management, and quality control. You will have the chance to enhance your skills and knowledge through continuous learning and development programs, as well as to contribute to the growth and innovation of the AFAS team and the firm.
