The Quality Expert Review Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of individual contributors and functional experts within the Global Quality Expert Review Team. These experts are responsible for labeling various types of content according to our advertiser policies and community standards. This work is critical to deliver accurate measurement and insights on policy enforcement. You will support a large team of individual contributors and will work with cross functional leaders in both Global Operations and across Meta to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training. This work will directly impact the experience of Meta’s global network of users and business partners. As the leader, you must have exceptional people management, process optimization, and influencing skills. You will provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to a diverse team and create an exceptional performance environment.Manager, Quality Expert Review ResponsibilitiesRefine the team vision, mission, and team level goalsServe as cross-functional leader, engaging with the global Quality leadership team, Integrity Operations team, and other teams across the company to deliver expert insights, develop process improvement opportunities, identify strategic investment areas, and influence goals and roadmapsProvide direct leadership and career development to a team of individual contributorsPromote engagement and create an exceptional team environment across the entire organizationBuild the team and skills necessary for long-term sustainability of the team and service while meeting the needs of internal stakeholdersBuild and strengthen cross functional relationships to build trust, collaboration, and influenceDrive team-wide results: determine priorities and goals, establish a plan to achieve goals, and effectively achieve them through personal and team contributionsDrive continuous improvement across key team dimensions including efficiency, accuracy, root cause analysis, and insight deliveryIdentify technology need for the team and effectively advocate for their developmentOversee availability of resiliency support programs for all team membersshow care and support for all team membersMinimum QualificationsDirect people leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams2+ years of experience directly performing Content ModerationExtensive experience in any of the following : Trust and Safety, Customer Service, Call Center Management, Operations Management, Relationship Management, or Process ImprovementThought leadership: Strategic thinker with proven track record of creating and/or transforming operations processesExperience influencing and building alignment with executive management through problem-solving, analytical skills and presentation skillsDemonstrated experience building relationships and influencing across functional boundariesExperience driving change and delivering complex initiatives across multiple stakeholdersProven communicator, efficient and specific in delivering information, who tailors message to audienceDemonstrated experience to quickly understand business context, frame a problem, align stakeholders to a solution, and lead implementation, while operating in a complex environmentAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
