This will require liaison across a range of internal and client stakeholders, identifying potential issues and providing solutions.Risk Advisory Risk and Regulatory Change Delivery team Manager will have responsibility for:

• Delivery of risk and regulatory focussed transformation engagements within a wider Deloitte team
• Production of specific engagement deliverables in line with area of technical competence
• Project management of workstreams or smaller engagements
• Contributing to development of propositions, solutions, services and proposals
• Maintaining a solid understanding of the regulatory changes impacting financial services clients and how they need to respond
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Connect to your skills and professional experienceBased on your background in financial services you must have:

• Understanding of the practical impacts of changing regulation and the ability to determine potential strategic and operational responses
• A strong desire to develop your expertise in delivering risk and regulatory driven transformation
• Project management, PMO or business analysis experience
• A basic technical understanding in at least one area of risk and regulation, for example, enterprise risk management or structural reform
• Proven ability of producing high quality deliverables in demanding timescales

We are looking for a range of exceptional candidates, with a strong preference for those having operated with or within a leading global financial services institution or consultancy, who will bring:

• Strong interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels
• An entrepreneurial nature

Additional desirable experience includes:

• Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging work environment
• Strong team player with good organisation, planning and leadership skills
• Strong IT skills
• Programme management qualifications (PRINCE II, Agile)
