We are seeking a motivated and analytical Market Research/ Lead Generation Analyst to join our growing payUnite team.In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, identifying potential leads and ISV’s across target payUnite verticals, building industry events plans as well as supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. You will analyse data trends, create reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.This role promises to not only challenge but also significantly develop your professional capabilities in a thriving payment industry. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the industry, that drive growth and tangible opportunities for payUnite.
• Generate and qualify leads through various research methods, including databases, social media, and industry publications.

• Leads to include both merchants and ISV’s.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, including conversion rates, CPL, lead source performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns based on market insights, analysing and reporting on success metrics.
• Develop an industry event plan based on target verticals.
• Maintain precise records of contacts and leads in our CRM system.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field advantageous.
• Proven experience in market research and lead generation (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
