Imperial Consulting has expanded to Glasgow, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. We’ve partnered with leading utility companies to help customers find the best energy, gas, and broadband solutions. If you’re passionate about connecting with people and promoting cutting-edge services, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in person, attending retail locations, pop-up events, and other face-to-face marketing opportunities. You’ll act as the bridge between the customer and our utility partners, explaining the benefits of our services.
Assist in creating and delivering compelling marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and sales conversions. You’ll contribute to everything from brainstorming creative promotions to executing them in the field.
Generate leads and drive sales, leveraging your knowledge of utility services to identify the best options for customers and close sales. You’ll be responsible for tracking your progress and meeting weekly sales goals.
Support market activations and promotional events, representing Imperial Consulting at various locations, engaging directly with customers to introduce them to energy-efficient solutions and cost-saving options for their utilities.
Collaborate with both sales and marketing teams, working together to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and ensure that all activities align with our partners’ branding and messaging.
Provide feedback to help shape future campaigns, gathering customer insights during your face-to-face interactions and passing these on to help improve our offerings and marketing approaches.
Stay informed on the latest trends in the utility sector, ensuring you can confidently explain the benefits of our services and help customers make informed decisions about their utility choices.
Develop your sales and marketing skills by participating in training programs and learning directly from experienced team members. You’ll receive the tools and guidance needed to thrive in both areas of the business.
Requirements:
Full right to work in the UK (we cannot accept Tier 4 or PSW visas).
Must not have applied to Imperial Consulting in the past 30 days.
A natural communicator, with strong face-to-face interaction skills.
Interest in sales and marketing, with a desire to learn more about both fields.
A passion for working with customers, with the ability to identify their needs and offer appropriate utility solutions.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a bonus but not required.
